First Rodeo Trip

We took Amy to her first Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and we had a blast! She loves animals and was in heaven at the petting zoo...Sorry, there are a ton of pictures, I just couldn't narrow them down any more than this...

First ride on the LightRail, luckily it didn't hit any cars!
Petting Zoo...the animals were pretty aggressive, but Amy didn't let it slow her down!

On the move...
The little babies were so cute :)
She kept checking out these babies too...

This picture is for Tyler, Amy was very impressed by the Joey!!! He was very soft...
She also test drove some tractors...ready to help Grandpa at the farm!

And she loved petting the bunnies...although we had to help her, she was petting them as rough as she pets Flash and Roxy, I don't think the poor little bunnies appreciated it too much!
Checking out the baby chicks with Mimi...

Check out these boots!!! Too freaking cute! Thanks again Erin!
She had so much excitement that she couldn't even make it through her rodeo hotdog...just too tired!!!

YIKES...A Girly Girl?

Amy has had a fascination with her beads the last few weeks and now she has taken it to a new level...she has to wear her "wrap" all the time. She picked up a scrap of fabric and started putting it around her neck last week while I was sewing. I added fuel to the fire by sewing her a longer one...here she is at Mimi's last week on Spring Break wearing her beads (thanks Megan for the St. Patrick's Day ones!) and her "wrap" and reading her book...all while rocking, quite the multitasker!

Oh look, Mickey Mouse club is on too!

Crawfish Boil

Two weeks ago Matt's company had a crawfish boil to celebrate Engineer's Week...I was not even aware they got their own week, but oh well, the party was fun! Amy was super cute and loved meeting everyone! She really loved her crawfish bib and her mardi gras beads! Sadly the crawfish were too hot for her to taste, so she stuck to macaroni and cheese!

I love your bib! It has a giant crawfish!
Hey look, so does mine!

Bring on the Crawfish!
She really, really loved the beads! She also learned with a cute little smile, she could get anyone to give her their beads...she pretty much looked like Mr. T once we left! She is still in love with them and wears them anywhere we will let her!
Get Back...You can't take my beads!
