Way to go Daddy!!!

Big news at the Roberts house in the last couple of weeks...

Last weekend, Matt passed the LEED Accredited Professional exam...he can now design "green" buildings!

But in even bigger news, last night we received his scores for the professional engineering exam and HE PASSED!!!! With an 89! There were lots of high-fives all around! Roxy even gave Amy one :) Such smart babies we have!

Matt, way to go, Amy and I are very proud of you!!!

What-A-Burger

This post is mostly for Uncle Galyn and Uncle Mark...we are still having the tile done at our house, so we have been eating out...last night we ran to Whataburger...Daddy decided to get Amy a cheeseburger and she loved it! As long as it was dipped in ketchup! Excuse me, I guess that would be fancy ketchup at Whataburger :)

Uncle Mark, she still hasn't tried a BOB, maybe this weekend you two can get one this weekend!

Too busy to even look up for the picture...
The pickles were not too great...

Welcome Back Mr. and Mrs. Landry

I am a little behind on the wedding pictures...so I will just say welcome back to the Landrys! Here are some of my pictures from the wedding...It was all so beautiful! We had such a great time! Congrats again Jeremy and Courtney!!!

The Landrys...
Anadarko group...minus the bride and groom!

Look how handsome...I tried to convince him he should wear a tux more often...however, I didn't get too far!
The groom and I...sadly I didn't get any pictures of his pants...I had to hem them right before their pictures...very entertaining! I was told I was "such a mom"...not sure if that is a compliment or not :)
They left in a Rolls...very cool!

Mr. and Mrs. Landry!

Trip to the Children's Museum

Last weekend, Grams came down to watch Amy while we went to Jeremy and Courtney's wedding. Before she went home on Sunday, we took Amy to the Children's Museum. It was so much fun! She really enjoyed it and we did too!

Lunch at Ruggles...any child can get a sugar cookie to decorate...Grams and Amy decorated a flower and then Amy licked all of the icing off...yummy!
So tasty!

The Children's Museum has an entire "Tot Spot"...Amy loved it...we started by having a little tea party...
Amy makes some delicious tea!
Then on to the balls...she loves balls...
She also loved to drive the truck! Daddy was very proud :)
In the little ball pit...
Climbing in and out was a favorite :)
Not too graceful!!!
And of course Grams found the math game...they are working on patterns...can't start too early!
She was much too busy to smile...
Thanks again Grams for coming to stay! I will post some wedding pictures soon! It was very beautiful!!!

Galveston Mini Vacation!

This weekend, Daddy went deep sea fishing with Jeremy for his bachelor party, so Amy and I tagged along to Galveston. We spent the day at the Aquarium and the beach and then cruised the strand Saturday night. We even went on a carriage ride! So fun! On Sunday, Daddy headed out to fish and Amy and I headed home...Amy was exhausted...

Ready to go to the aquarium...
Amy loved seeing the fish! We make her just wave to her one at home, so she waved and told them all hi!

Pointing out some fish, she was practicing being a tour guide.
Watching some other fish...
One of her favorites, he kept swimming by us!
Too busy for a picture!
And she really loved the penguins, she had to get out of the stroller even!
After the aquarium, it was off to Uncle Gary and Aunt Velma's to meet up with Grams, Aunt Velma and Aunt Pat...they just happened to be in town for a concert that night. We headed out to the beach with Grams, but she took her camera, so we will have to get the beach pictures from her...here is Amy all ready to go!
Carriage ride on the strand...Amy was so tired, but she really liked Doc, the horse! Just from a distance though...that is the first animal that she has been the slightest bit scared of...she didn't want him to sniff her at all...but she did pet him!
Poor baby, this was about two hours after her bed time...she really was a trooper...
The next morning when Daddy was gone, we chilled in our pajamas and read in the big girl bed...she thought that was pretty cool...

Watering her plants!

We bought some plants at Home Depot that we haven't planted yet, but Amy has been watering them a lot for us! And she waters my plants that Tyler and Ryan gave me too! Such a helper!

Also, she loves, loves, loves her sunglasses!!! She wears them all the time and loves to take them on and off!
Had to bend down to get closer...

So Excited!!!
