December...

We have had a very busy December, so not too much time for blogging! Here are some pictures from the first part of the month...hopefully I will get to Christmas festivities before we leave for Amarillo Thursday...

Amy loved decorating the trees this year...it took a little longer with her help, but they turned out lovely! She decorated the trees in her and Brett's rooms all alone...they are really cute :)
Putting hooks on with Grams...
Putting Brett's ball way up high!

We also did advent this year and she got little surprises each day...she really enjoyed it! She got some bells that were a big hit! Mimi taught her to play jingle bells!
And just because they are cute...Roxy listening to the music!
Flash needing to be petted!
Under the tree in their new pajamas!
Amy and her pup...poor guy :)
We celebrated Mimi's birthday! Daddy cooked dinner and Amy iced the cake all by herself...she did a pretty good job!
We also decorated a gingerbread house...she did not want pictures taken while decorating....but here is the finished project!
Daddy got one of his gifts early...a backpack blower! It is pretty cool and makes quick work of a long driveway! It was sitting on the porch and Amy decided to blow! Too cute :)
Of course she will have to use it like this for awhile since she only outweighs it by about 5 pounds :)
More Christmas to come later :)

APC Christmas Party

Anadarko has the best kid's Christmas Party and this year was no exception! We all had a great time!

This one is out of order, but it cracks me up...apparently a little nervous! (And yes her dress is sleeveless - it was 75 degrees)
Here she is ready to go with our toys to donate...she really liked giving the toys away this year...

Brett took a little (as Amy would say "teeny tiny") nap on the way in...
Brett and Mimi playing!
Amy checking out one of the reindeer!
Brett not too sure of the sign...
Too busy to look at Mommy...
Amy was not too sure of Energenie!
Making her ornament with Daddy...
Too cute...
And we finally taught her the correct way to hold her hook'em :) Such a good little Aggie!

Aggie Basketball!

We bought our 6 pack of Aggie Baskbetall tickets again this year. Only this year, we bought four so Amy and Grams or Mimi could go with us! She is super pumped! We took her Saturday and we had a blast! She loved the game! And made it through the whole thing...with the help of popcorn!

Ready to go with her tattoo on :)
Walking in with Daddy...

Helping the Aggies score a freethrow! This is her favorite thing to do...other than eat the popcorn!

On the Eve of the Big Game...

Clearly Amy is still undecided on who to cheer for...and yes, we are working on it! Just seems Opa and Grandpa are trying to sway her!

A&M???
UT??? And yes, we will work on getting her to cheer for the right team tomorrow...but with Opa here, we will have to see who she picks!

Our new entertainment!

I have always been the mower at our house...Matt does the edging and blowing and I push the mower...well with over an acre, my part just got easier! And I have a little helper now!

Crazy driver!!!
Later, she took the ipod and was jamming out while she was "mowing"...only a few more years, until I can be on the porch and she can mow!!!

Up next...Thanksgiving with my family at our new house! 6 kids that are 5 and under...should be exciting!!!
