Amarillo...part three...

On Sunday in Amarillo we went to the park with Caylee...Amy had a great time being a big girl!  She and Caylee really loved being chased by the big monster Uncle James :)

 Then came Uncle James's work out...the slider thing...he took the girls a million times on it!

 And Brett even got a turn!

 Then I challenged James to see if we could do it!  We both made it down and back...

 Before bathtime, Opa and Brett played monster...they were both laughing pretty hard...being a monster is funny stuff :)

 The next morning, they played in Oma's fountain...And got super wet!

Rainy Day Field Trip

We planned to go swimming today, but since it was raining we couldn't...Amy was crushed...so we decided to head up to see Sam Houston.  We pass it everytime we head to Grams's house, so we always tell her we will stop...It was a fabulous little trip and Brett and Amy seemed to enjoy it.  Daddy even took us for blizzards on the way home!

Amy saw some high schoolers pose for a picture, so she and Brett had to!

 The statue is really impressive up close and not breezing by at 70ish...

 They have a stage with just a face piece, so we had to check that out...Amy wanted to touch the eyes...bizarre, I know...

Happy Birthday Mommy...

Keeping with the month behind theme...my birthday was also in July...we had a great day!  We went swimming, ate steaks and Matt and Amy made a delicious cake!  Complete with 31 candles...it was bright...scared Brett even!

4th of July...a tad bit late :)

Getting closer to being caught up here...for the 4th of July, Grams invited us up to Bryan for a party in Heritage Park...we had a great time!

 They had a parade around the park and Mommy forgot the wagon...that didn't slow us down though...we just walked :)

 Later we headed to Bryan's splash pad and were the only kids there!  Good timing...Brett wasn't too sure about it...love his face here...

Uncle Mark and Aunt Marli's Wedding!

In late June, we headed to Lake Travis for Uncle Mark and Aunt Marli's wedding...we had a fabulous weekend and luckily our little flower girl was great! 

At the rehearsal Amy made friends with Mark's friend from work that officiated...she was BFF with him the rest of the time :)

Amy also loved playing with Andy...they were having a great time!

This was as we pulled out of the restaurants parking lot...poor girl passed out...of course it was after 11 :)

On to the wedding...Amy was precious and did such a great job...she did walk down the aisle a little bit slow...she was making sure not to drop too many petals at once!  She stood at the front the whole ceremony and wwalked right back out...we were very proud of her!
